摘要

目的观察调脂消斑合剂治疗高脂脂血症合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例

两组均予以常规药物治疗

治疗组加用调脂消斑合剂

每次125ml

每日2次;对照组加用血脂康胶囊

每次0.6g

每日2次。两组疗程均为90天。治疗前后检测血脂水平和C反应蛋白（CRP）;颈动脉超声检测颈内血管内—中膜厚度（IMT）值

并观察安全性。结果两组患者血脂指标治疗后与治疗前比较均明显改善（P<0.05）

两组治疗后比较差异亦有统计学意义（P<0.05）

并且治疗组改善优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前后颈动脉IMT及CRP治疗后较治疗前均明显降低（P<0.05）。两组在临床试验期间均未出现不良反应及毒副作用。结论调脂消斑合剂联合西药治疗高脂血症合并颈动脉粥样硬化有较好的疗效

且临床未见明显毒副作用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of Lipid-Regulating Speckle-Reducing Mixture for hyperlipidemia with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods Eighty patients were randomized into treatment group and control group

with 40 in each. Both groups were given routine treatment. The treatment group was added with Lipid-Regulating Speckle-Reducing Mixture 125 ml each time

twice daily. The control group was added with Xuezhikang Capsules0. 6 g each time

twice daily. The treatment lasted for 90 days. The levels of total cholesterol（ TC）

triglyceride（TG）

high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）

the changes of carotid ultrasound and safety were observed after treatment. Results The levels of TC

LDL-C and HDL-C were significantly improved in both groups after treatment（P < 0. 01）

especially in the treatment group（P < 0. 05）.The carotid intima-media thickness（IMT） and C-reactive protein（CRP） were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment（P < 0. 01）

especially in the treatment group（P < 0. 05）. There was no adverse reaction during the treatment in both groups. Conclusion Lipid-Regulating Speckle-Reducing Mixture is effective for hyperlipidemia with carotid atherosclerosis without obvious adverse reaction.
