摘要

目的观察归脾熟眠汤治疗心脾两虚证失眠的临床疗效。方法 62例心脾两虚证失眠患者随机分成治疗组32例和对照组30例。治疗组给予归脾熟眠汤

每日1剂

中午、晚上分两次口服。对照组给予人参归脾丸

每次1丸

每日2次

口服。两组均以7天为1个疗程

共观察4个疗程。疗程结束后观察匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）

根据多导睡眠图（PSG）得出睡眠潜伏期（SL）、睡眠效率（SE）

计算中医证候积分。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率71.88%

对照组为56.67%

治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗后SL、PSQI和中医证候的积分均较治疗前明显降低

SE明显提高

治疗组治疗后各指标改善明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论归脾熟眠汤治疗心脾两虚型不寐疗效显著

能明显改善睡眠质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of Guipi Shumian Decoction（ decoction for deep sleeping） for insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods Totally 62 insomnia patients with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome were randomized into the treatment group of 32 patients and control group of 30 patients. The treatment group was given Guipi Shumian Decoction one dose daily. The control group was given Renshen Guipi Pills twice daily. The treatment lasted for 4 courses（ 28 days）. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（ PSQI）

polysomnography（ PSG） sleep latency（ SL）

sleep efficiency（ SE） and TCM syndrome scores were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 71. 88% and 56. 67% respectively

with a significant difference between groups（ P < 0. 05）. The SL

PSQI and TCM syndrome scores were significantly decreased but the SE was significantly increased in both groups after treatment

especially in the treatment group.Conclusion Guipi Shumian Decoction is effective for insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome. It can obviously improve the sleep quality.
