Effectiveness Research on Common Schemes of Xiyanping Injection for Upper Respiratory Tract Infection
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of common schemes of Xiyanping Injection for upper respiratory tract infection. Methods The data of Xiyanping Injection for upper respiratory tract infection in Hospital Information System( HIS) was analyzed with association rule. Three common schemes of combination therapy were selected.By taking the ratio of cure and improvement as outcomes and according to the control of confounding factors
the efficacy was evaluated with chi-square test
Logistic regression
propensity score weighting Logistic regression and propensity score weighting Logistic regression with covariates. Results Comparing with no schemes
three schemes had significant efficacies( P < 0. 05). Logistic regression showed there was no significant difference in No. 1 scheme but there were significant differences in No. 2 and No. 3 schemes. Propensity score weighting Logistic regression and propensity score weighting Logistic regression with covariates showed there was no significant difference in No. 1 and No. 3 schemes but there was a significant difference in No. 2 scheme. Conclusion No. 2 scheme of Xiyanping Injection( combined with compound amino acid
inosine
coenzyme A
cytidine triphosphate and vitamin C) is effective for upper respiratory tract infection and it can increase the cure rate.
