摘要

目的观察右归胶囊联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法将192例少弱精子症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各96例

对照组早晚餐时口服左卡尼汀口服液10mg

治疗组在对照组基础上3餐前口服右归胶囊1.8g

两组均治疗3个月后观察临床疗效

并于治疗前后检测两组患者精子计数、成活率、活力的变化。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为81.2%

对照组总有效率为60.4%

治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）;两组患者治疗后精子计数、成活率、活力与治疗前比较均有明显改善（P<0.05或P<0.01）

并且治疗组改善优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论右归胶囊联合左卡尼汀口服液可明显改善少弱精子症不育患者的精液质量

提高临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of Yougui Capsules combined with Levocarnitine Oral Liquid for 96 oligoasthenospermia. Methods Totally 192 cases of oligoasthenospermia were randomized into the treatment group and control group

with 96 in each. Both groups were given 10 mg of Levocarnitine Oral Liquid at breakfast and dinner. The treatment group was added with 1. 8 g of Yougui Capsules before three meals. The efficacy was observed after3-month treatment. The sperm count

sperm survival rate and sperm motility were detected before and after treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 81. 2% and 60. 4%respectively

with a significant difference between groups（ P < 0. 05）. The sperm count

sperm survival rate and sperm motility were significantly improved in both groups after treatment（ P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01）

especially in the treatment group（ P < 0. 05）. Conclusion Yougui Capsules combined with Levocarnitine Oral Liquid can obviously improve the semen quality and clinical efficacy of oligoasthenospermia patients.
