Clinical Characteristics of Peritoneal Adhesion and Pathogenesis of Bound in Chinese Medicine
Peritoneal adhesion( PA) is unusual film or ribbon cable adhesions between abdominal internal organs and peritoneum or between intestines after abdominal surgery with complex causes and more complications. The pathogenesis of Bound was proposed according to collaterals theory in Chinese medicine and the pathogenesis of PA. The binding of qi
blood and water was the key pathogenesis. The theoretical basis was discussed and treatment system was improved to provide new ideas for the treatment of PA from Chinese medicine and modern medicine.
