摘要

目的观察复方芩部丹方治疗气阴亏虚型耐多药肺结核的临床疗效。方法将72例耐多药肺结核患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。对照组给予肺泰胶囊口服

每次5粒

每日3次;治疗组给予复方芩部丹方

每日1剂。两组疗程均为3个月。治疗前后对中医症状进行评分。观察两组患者中医证候疗效、单项症状疗效、不良反应。结果治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率82.86%

对照组为25.81%

治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。两组治疗后咳嗽、潮热、气短、盗汗、自汗、咯痰、咽干、消瘦积分及中医症状总积分与治疗前比较均明显下降（P<0.01）;治疗后治疗组中医症状总积分及气短、盗汗、自汗、咯痰积分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。治疗组患者气短、盗汗、自汗、咯痰疗效总有效率明显优于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。两组未见不良反应。结论复方芩部丹方治疗气阴亏虚型耐多药肺结核中医临床疗效显著

在改善气短、盗汗、自汗、咯痰症状方面优于肺泰胶囊。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Compound Qinbu Pill in treating multi-drug resistant tuberculosis（ MDR-TB） patients with qi-yin deficiency syndrome. Methods Totally 72 cases of MDR-TB were randomized into the treatment group and control group

with 36 in each. The patients in the control group were taken Feitai Capsule orally

5 capsules each time and 3 times daily. The treatment group was given compound Qinbu Pill

one dose daily. The treatment lasted for 3 months. The clinical efficacy

TCM symptom score and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 82. 86% and 25. 81%respectively

with a significant difference between groups（ P < 0. 01）. After treatment

dry throat and emaciation and the total TCM symptom scores in both groups were significantly decreased（ P < 0. 01）. The total TCM symptom score and the scores of shortness of breath

spontaneous sweating and expectoration in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment（ P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01）. The therapeutic effect of shortness of breath

spontaneous sweating and expectoration in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01）. There was no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion Compound Qinbu pill has a remarkable TCM clinical effect on qi-yin deficiency type MDR-TB. It is more effective than Feitai Capsule in relieving shortness of breath
