摘要

探讨了中医体质因素在幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染相关性胃肠病的发病及疾病演变过程中的重要作用

提出不同的体质类型人群感受Hp病邪后可以出现不同的表现和证候

患者体质差异可能是导致感染Hp后的临床转归差异的主要因素;并认为对Hp感染的中医药治疗

应在辨证的同时结合体质因素来辨体论治。

Abstract

We explored the important role of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） constitution in the incidence and evolution of helicobacter pylori（ Hp） infection related gastrointestinal diseases

and suggested that different constitution type showed varying manifestations and syndromes after infecting Hp. Patient’ s different constitution type could be the main factor of various prognosis after infecting Hp. TCM treatment against Hp infection should use syndrome differentiation including constitution factors.
