摘要

尤昭玲教授用中医"安胎前移法"辅助治疗采用体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）技术的不孕症患者

有效地提高了IVF-ET技术的成功率。从现代医学基础——子宫内膜容受性、中医病因病机——脾肾两虚、中医治则——健脾补肾3个方面

分析了"安胎前移法"的科学性。

Abstract

In order to treat infertility patients accepting in vitro fertilization embryo transfer（ IVF-ET） technology

professor YOU Zhaoling adopts calming fetus ahead method for many years

and this method increases the success rate of IVF-ET effectively. From the aspects of modern medical mechanism（ endometrial receptivity）

etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese Medicine（ deficiency spleen and kidney） and therapeutic principles of Chinese Medicine（ nourishing spleen and kidney）

this paper analyzes the scientificalness of effective calming fetus ahead method.
