摘要

目的评价维药异常黑胆质成熟颗粒在改善HIV/AIDS患者抑郁症状及生存质量方面的作用。方法将100例确诊为抑郁症及维医异常黑胆质证的HIV/AIDS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组接受高效抗病毒逆转录疗法（HAART）与异常黑胆质成熟颗粒联合治疗

对照组接受单纯HAART治疗

两组均治疗4周。治疗前后采用17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）和生存质量量表（MOS-HIV）进行评分

并检测患者血CD4细胞计数及体重变化。结果治疗后治疗组HAMD-17量表总分平均下降（6.37±2.23）分

对照组平均下降（3.42±2.74）分

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗组MOS-HIV量表躯体功能、疼痛、精力/疲惫、健康压力和生活质量共5个领域治疗前后评分差值显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后治疗组CD4细胞计数较本组治疗前显著提高（P<0.05）。结论异常黑胆质成熟颗粒具有一定的抗抑郁作用

与HAART疗法联合可改善HIV/AIDS患者的生存质量

优于单纯HAART。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Uyghur medicine Yichang Heidanzhi Chengshu Keli（异常黑胆质成熟颗粒） improving HIV /AIDS patients’ depression symptoms and life quality. Methods One hundred patients with HIV / AIDS who were diagnosed depression and abnormal savda syndrome in Uyghur medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group

50 in each group. Treatment group were given highly active antiretroviral therapy（ HAART） combined with Yichang Heidanzhi Chengshu Keli. Control group were given HAART alone

both for 4 weeks. Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD-17） and Medical Outcomes Study HIV Health Survey（MOS-HIV） scores were recorded before and after treatment. Number of CD4 cells in patients’ blood and weight change were determined. Results After treatment

total score of HAMD-17 of treatment group decreased（6. 37 ±2. 23） on average

combinition with HAART could improve HIV / AIDS patients’ life quality and was superior to HAART alone.
