摘要

目的观察贺氏针灸三通法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法将80例脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为微通法+强通法+温通法组30例、微通法+强通法组及微通法+温通法组各25例

疗程均为6周。疗程结束后观察各组患者临床疗效

比较各组患者治疗前后标准体重及体重指数（BMI）的变化

并判定临床疗效。结果微通法+强通法+温通法组临床疗效（90.00%）优于微通法+温通法组（68.00%）（P<0.05）

但与微通法+强通法组（76.00%）比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后各组患者标准体重均较治疗前显著降低（P<0.05或P<0.01）;微通法+强通法+温通法组治疗后较治疗前BMI显著降低（P<0.05）。治疗后微通法+强通法+温通法组标准体重及BMI均较微通法+温通法组显著降低（P<0.05）

与微通法+强通法组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论贺氏三通法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症可降低患者体重

并且以微通法+强通法+温通法组联用效果最好。

Abstract

Objective To observe clinical effects of HE Puren’ s Three-Dredging Methods of acupuncturemoxibustion on simple obesity with splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness syndrome. Methods Eighty patients suffering from simple obesity with splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness syndrome were divided into moderate dredging method + srong dredging method + warm dredging method group（ 30 cases）

moderate dredging method + srong dredging method group（ 25 cases）

and moderate dredging method + warm dredging method group（ 25 cases）. The courses of the treatment in each group were 6 weeks. Clinical effects on patients in each group were observed after the six-month treatment finished. Standard body weight and body mass index（ MBI） of patients in each group before and after treatment were compared

and clinical effects were evaluated. Results Clinical effect in moderate dredging method + srong dredging method + warm dredging method group（ 90. 00%） was superior to that in moderate dredging method + warm dredging method group（ 68. 00%

P < 0. 05）

but with no statistical significance when it compared with that in moderate dredging method + srong dredging method group（ 76. 00%

P >0. 05）. Standard body weight of patients in each group all remarkably decreased after treatment（ P < 0. 05 or P <0. 01）; MBI of patients in moderate dredging method + srong dredging method + warm dredging method group remarkably decreased after treatment（ P < 0. 05）. Standard body weight and MBI in moderate dredging method +srong dredging method + warm dredging method group after treatment remarkably decreased compared with that in moderate dredging method + warm dredging method（ P < 0. 05）

but with no significant difference compared with that in moderate dredging method + srong dredging method group（ P > 0. 05）. Conclusion He’s Three Dredging Methods of acupuncture-moxibustion can reduce body weight of patients with simple obesity

and the moderate dredging method + srong dredging method + warm dredging method combination group is most effective.
