and Yiqi Zishen Fang; and the order of those effect intensity in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was Bufei Jianpi Fang

aminophylline

Yiqi Zishen Fang

and Bufei Yishen Fang. The corrective effect intensity of Bufei Jianpi Fang was superior to that of Bufei Yishen Fang（ P < 0. 05）. Conclusion Three methods for lung-kidney regulating and supplementing and aminophylline all have significant regulating effect on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and lung as well as good late effect in rats with stable COPD. Bufei Jianpi Fang is most effective among the methods.
