摘要

介绍孙桂芝教授治疗原发性肝癌经验。以益气活血软坚解毒为肝癌主要治法

重视补益脾胃、治未病原则

注意脾胃在肝癌发生发展中的重要作用

提倡重视在肝纤维化、肝硬化阶段进行早期干预

防止肝癌发生;肝癌发生后积极干预

防止复发和转移。

Abstract

This paper introduces Professor SUN Guizhi’ s experience in treating primary hepatic carcinoma. The main treating method of liver cancer is benefiting Qi and activating blood

softening hard mass and clearing away toxic matters. The principle of "tonifying the spleen and stomach"

and "preventing disease"are important. The vital function of spleen and stomach was emphasized in the occurrence and development of liver cancer. Professor SUN also advocates early intervention in the phases of liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis to prevent occurrence of liver cancer; as well as active intervention after occurrence of liver cancer to prevent recurrence and metastasis.
