Effect of Acupuncture Method of Inducing Resuscitation to Adjust Notch Signaling Pathway on Ischemic Stroke
Ischemic stroke is one of the critical diseases endangering people’s health. Promoting proliferation and differentiation of central nervous system endogenous neural stem cells( NSCs) to repair damaged neurons was a key point to improve clinical effects on ischemic stroke. Proliferation and differentiation of NSCs can be influenced by many factors
of which Notch signaling pathways stimulates proliferation and differentiation of endogenous NSCs in the body when ischemic stroke happens is essential. From the Chinese medical point of view
acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation may make brain full and recover spirit in patients with ischemic stroke and improve symptoms due to "disorder between body and spirit"after stroke. It is believed that its mechanism is related to adjusting Notch signal pathway and promoting proliferation and differentiation of endogenous NSCs.
