摘要

自李东垣提出"阴火"概念以来

后世对于"阴火学说"的本质一直存在争论。认为阴火是以脾胃气虚为基础的邪火

其病位广泛涉及五脏六腑

与血虚发热、阴虚火旺、食积发热等均有本质上的区别。

Abstract

Since LI Dongyuan put forward the concept of "Yin-Fire"

the later generations have been arguing about the essence of "Yin-Fire theory". This paper holds that Yin-Fire is pathogenic fire based on Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach. Its disease locations are widely involving in the viscera. There is substantial difference between Yin-Fire and fever caused by blood deficiency

fire excess from Yin deficiency

as well as fever caused by indigestion.
