摘要

阐述"肺主皮毛"理论渊源与现代医学含义

从流行病学体质分布调查与临床反证角度得出气虚质为肺系疾病共同易感体质;并以"肺主皮毛"理论为基础

以"卫津一体"论为桥梁

浅析"肺主皮毛"与气虚质的内在关系

提出"卫津不布"是气虚质体质特征的关键环节。

Abstract

This paper explores the origin of "lung governing skin and hair"theory and its modern medical implication. The author holds that Qi-deficiency constitution is the common predisposition of pulmonary system diseases

based on epidemiology investigation of constitution distribution and clinical counter-evidence aspects. And the paper analyzes the inner relationship between "lung governing skin and hair"and qi-deficiency constitution

based on "lung governing skin and hair"theory

using "defensive-Qi united with liquid"theory as a bridge. Finally

it rises that

"defensive-Qi and liquid dysdiffusion"is the key process of Qi-deficiency constitution characteristic.
