摘要

血压作为人体气血阴阳运行的外在表现之一

其昼夜节律受子午流注时辰规律影响

以此为理论依据

临床上就血压昼夜节律与中医分型的关系以及高血压病择时服药做出了一些研究

但目前尚缺乏关于血压监测时间的研究。结合相关文献资料

就血压昼夜节律机制、子午流注时辰规律及其二者相关性研究作一概述。

Abstract

Blood pressure is one of external manifestations of circulation of Qi

blood

Yin and Yang in human body. Its circadian rhythm is influenced by midnight-noon ebb-flow chrono regularity. Taking this as the theoretical basis

there are some clinical researches on relation between circadian rhythm of blood pressure and Chinese Medicine syndrome pattern and chrono medication of hypertension. While at present

there is still lack of researches on monitoring time of blood pressure. Combined with related literature

this article takes a summary of researches on mechanism of circadian rhythm of blood pressure

midnight-noon ebb-flow chrono regularity

and the correlation between the circadian rhythm of blood pressure and midnight-noon ebb-flow chrono regularity.
