摘要

目的应用因子分析法总结张发荣治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的用药特点。方法收集2013年10月至2014年10月在张发荣门诊就诊、疗效明确的122例糖尿病周围神经病变患者的初诊处方

采集患者处方相关信息建立数据库

对患者药物使用情况进行频数统计

筛选高频药物进行因子分析。结果 122例患者共使用药物144种

用药频次总计1952次。用药频数前5位依次为黄芪（96）、当归（93）、川芎（91）、赤芍（90）、丹参（87）。出现频率大于10%的41味药物因子分析共提取公因子8个

其方差累积贡献率为72.62%

其中方差贡献率前3位因子分别为F1（黄芪、桂枝、葛根、党参、生地黄、山药、莪术、桑枝）17.491%、F2（丹参、豨莶草、木瓜、水蛭、全蝎、太子参、天花粉）10.220%、F3（当归、川芎、甘草、鸡血藤、红花、赤芍）9.116%。结论张发荣治疗糖尿病周围神经病变时注重气血关系

用药以滋阴益气、活血化瘀为主

同时注重祛风、化湿、通络等不同方面。

Abstract

Objective Adopting factor analysis method to summarize medication characteristics of Prof. ZHANG Farong in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ DPN）. Methods Collected prescriptions of first visit of 122 cases of DPN patients visited Prof. ZHANG Farong from Oct. 2013 to Oct 2014 with clear curative effects. Gathered information related to prescriptions of patients and established database. Conducted frequency count on medications of patients. Filtrated medicine with higher frequency and conducted factor analysis on them. Results There were totally 144 kinds of medicine in 122 patients. Frequency of medicine use was 1952 times in total. The top five of Chinese medicine using frequency were Huangqi（ Radix Astragali

Chuanxiong（ Rhizoma Ligustici walichii

91）

Chishao（ Radix Paeoniae rubrae

90）

Danshen（ Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae

87） successively. Totally extracted 8 common factors in factor analysis of 41 drugs

whose appearing frequency were more than 10%

with cumulative proportion in anova 72. 62%. Among them the top three factors of cumulative proportion in anova were respectively F1 [Huangqi（ Radix Astragali） ]

he lay emphasis on different aspects

such as dispersing wind

resolving dampness and dredging collaterals.
