摘要

目的观察中药熏蒸治疗视屏终端综合征视疲劳症的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用中药熏蒸治疗视屏终端综合征视疲劳症患者100例（200只眼）

每天熏蒸2

次

治疗30天。观察治疗前后视近模糊、眼痛、眼胀、眼干、眼烧灼感、流泪、异物感、眼眶痛评分变化

药物不良反应

并评价临床疗效及安全性。结果 100例患者200只眼临床疗效总有效率为95.5%。患者治疗后各症状评分及总评分均较治疗前明显减少（P

0.01）。治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论中药熏蒸治疗视屏终端综合征视疲劳症疗效肯定

安全性良好。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation of visual fatigue symptom in patients with visual display terminal syndrome. Methods Totally 100 visual fatigue cases（ 200 eyes） with visual display terminal syndrome received the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment 2 or3 times a day for 30 days. The score change of the symptoms such as near fuzzy

eye pain

eye swelling

eye dryness

eye burning sensation

tear

foreign body sensation

orbital pain and the medicine adverse reaction were observed before and after treatment

the clinical curative effect and safety were evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 95. 5% in 100 patients with 200 eyes. After treatment

the symptom scores and total scores of the patients were significantly decreased（ P < 0. 01）. No obvious adverse reactions were found during the treatment. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation of visual display terminal syndrome has good efficacy and high security.
