摘要

目的探讨东方胃药胶囊对胃黏膜损伤保护作用的可能机制。方法 70只Wistar大鼠随机分成正常组10只

模型组、西咪替丁组和东方胃药低、中、高剂量组各12只。除正常组外其余各组大鼠采用胃窦与胃体交界处注射100%冰乙酸造成胃溃疡模型

从模型复制后第2天起

正常组和模型组大鼠给予1.25 ml/100 g生理盐水灌胃

东方胃药低、中、高剂量组分别给予东方胃药胶囊0.17、0.28、0.39 g/100 g灌胃

西咪替丁组给予西咪替丁片0.042 g/100 g灌胃

每日1次

连续灌胃14天。观察各组大鼠一般状态

记录大鼠体重;末次给药24 h后

测量胃液分泌量、胃液酸度

测量溃疡面积、计算溃疡指数、溃疡抑制率;检测大鼠胃组织中表皮生长因子（EGF）及表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）的表达。结果与模型组比较

西咪替丁组和东方胃药高剂量组大鼠体重明显升高

胃液分泌量、胃液酸度、溃疡指数和溃疡面积降低（P<0.01）。西咪替丁组与东方胃药高、中、低剂量组的溃疡抑制率分别为52.3%、30.5%、26.8%

17.4%

东方胃药各剂量组溃疡抑制率具有剂量依赖关系（P<0.01）。与正常组比较

模型组、各给药组胃黏膜组织EGF、EGFR表达增强（P<0.01）。结论东方胃药胶囊可明显减少胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃液分泌量

降低胃液酸度

从而促进溃疡愈合。

Abstract

Objective To explore the possible mechanisms of Dongfang Weiyao Capsule（东方胃药胶囊

DFWYC）to protect gastric mucosal lesion. Methods Seventy Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group with 10 rats

and model group

western medicine group and low

medium and high dose of DFWYC groups

with 12 rats in each group. Except from the normal group

the other rats were injected with 100% ice acetic into the junction of gastric antrum and gastric body to build gastric ulcer models. From the 2nd days after the modeing

the normal group and the model group were given 1. 25 ml /100 g of normal saline to gavage

the low

medium and high dose of DFWYC groups were given 0. 17

0. 28

0. 39 g /100 g of DFWYC respectively to gavage

and the western medicine group was given 0. 042 g /100 g of cimetidine tablets to gavage

all once a day for consecutive 14 days. The general conditions of rats in each group were observed and the body weight of rats was recorded. 24 hours after the last dose

the quantity of gastric secretion

gastric acidity and the area of ulcer were measured

the index and inhibition rate of ulcer were calculated

and the expression of epidermal growth factor（ EGF） and epidermal growth factor receptor（ EGFR） in the stomach tissue of those rats were detected. Results Compared with the model group

the body weight of rats increased obviously and the quantity of gastric secretion

gastric acidity

the index of ulcer and the area of ulcer deceased in the cimetidine group and the high dose of DFWYC group（ P < 0. 01）. The inhibition rate of ulcer in the cimetidine group and the high

medium and low dose of DFWYC group were 52. 3%

respectively. There was dose-dependent relation of the inhibition rate of ulcer among the each dose of DFWYC groups（ P < 0. 01）. Compared with in the normal group

the expression of EGF and EGFR in gastric mucosal tissue increased in the model group and the each dose group（ P < 0. 01）. Conclusion DFWYC may obviously reduce the quantity of gastric secretion and the gastric acidity in rats with gastric mucosal lesion to promote healing ulcer.
