摘要

目的探讨丹红注射液联合参麦注射液辅助治疗气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将90例气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例

对照组患者使用参麦注射液60 ml加入生理盐水250 ml中静脉滴注

每日1次

并结合常规西医治疗方案;治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用丹红注射液20 ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静脉滴注

每日1次

两组疗程均为2周。比较两组患者NYHA心功能疗效、心衰总积分、中医证候总积分、六分钟步行距离、血清氨基末端前脑钠肽（NT-pro BNP）水平、超声心动图指标。结果治疗组NYHA心功能疗效总有效率为97.78%

对照组为91.11%

两组疗效比较

差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组患者治疗后心衰总积分和中医证候总积分均较治疗前明显降低

左室射血分数（LVEF）、每搏输出量（SV）、心排出量（CO）均较治疗前提高

六分钟步行距离增加（P<0.05）。治疗后治疗组心衰总积分和中医证候总积分均低于对照组

六分钟步行距离、LVEF、SV和CO水平亦高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后及随访2个月时两组患者血清NT-pro BNP水平均较治疗前明显下降（P<0.05）。治疗后和随访2个月时

治疗组血清NT-pro BNP水平显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论丹红注射液联合参麦注射液辅助治疗可明显改善气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭患者的临床症状

增加六分钟步行距离

降低NTpro BNP水平

并提高心功能。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of adjuvant therapy of Danhong Injection combined with Shenmai Injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure with Qi and yin deficiency. Methods Ninety patients with chronic heart failure with Qi and yin deficiency were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group

with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 60 ml of Shenmai Injection in 200 ml of normal saline by intravenous drip

once daily

combined with conventional western medicine treatment; On the basis of the treatment for the control group

the treatment group was added with 20 ml of Danhong Injection in 250 ml of 5%glucose injection by intravenous drip once daily. The course of treatment was 2 weeks for both groups. The following index of patients in two groups were compared: the New York Heart Association（ NYHA） Functional Classification

the total score of heart failure and TCM syndrome

six minutes walking distance

serum level of amino terminal brain natriuretic peptide（ NT-pro BNP）

and ultrasonic echocardiography index. Results The total effective rate of NYHA function classification was 97. 78% in the treatment group

and 91. 11% in the control group

with no statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P>0. 05）. After treatment in both groups

the total score of heart failure and TCM Syndrome were significantly lower than those before treatment

left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF）

stroke volume（ SV）

and cardiac output（ CO） were improved

and six minutes walking distance increased（ P<0. 05）. After treatment

SV and CO were higher than those in control group（ P<0. 05）. After treatment and during the 2 months of follow-up

the serum level of NT-pro BNP in both groups were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment（ P<0. 05）. After treatment and during the 2 months of follow-up

the serum level of NT-pro BNP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P<0. 05）. Conclusion Adjuvant therapy of Danhong Injection combined with Shenmai Injection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the chronic heart failure patients with Qi Yin deficiency type

increase the six minutes walking distance

reduce the levels of NT-pro BNP and improve heart function.
