摘要

目的观察寒喘舒治疗前后哮喘患者相关基因的变化

探讨其治疗哮喘的作用机制。方法从用寒喘舒治疗的寒哮证200例患者中随机选择3例

治疗前后抽取静脉血分离提取RNA进行RT2 Profiler PCR Array实验

寻找差异基因

并对其治疗前后的变化进行比较。结果治疗后共检测到4个基因上调

但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。下调的1个基因变化达到显著差异（P<0.01）

但未达到3倍;下调基因变化达到3倍以上并达到显著差异的有ADAM33、IL4、LTB4和RNASE3 4个基因。结论寒喘舒能改变部分哮喘相关基因

可能是通过影响基因的变化来治疗哮喘。

Abstract

Objective To observe the changes of asthma related genes in patients before and after treatment with Hanchuan Shu. Methods Three cases were randomly selected from 200 cases of cold asthma syndrome patients cured by Hanchuan Shu. Venous blood samples were collected

RNA was isolated and extracted to do RT2 Profiler PCR Array test before and after treatment. Different genes were looked for and changes before and after treatment were compared. Results Four up-regulated genes were found after treatment

but there was not significant difference in changes between before and after treatment（ P>0. 05）. There was significant difference in the change of a downregulated gene between before and after treatment（ P<0. 01）

but the change was less than 3 times. The changes of4 down-regulated genes were more than 3 times and the difference was significant. These four genes were ADAM33

IL4

LTB4 and RNASE3. Conclusion Hanchuan Shu could change part of genes related to asthma. It might treat asthma by regulating genes changes.
