Analysis of Distribution Laws and Influence Factors about Chinese Medical Syndrome Factors in Patients with Hypertension Combined with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome
Objective To explore the distribution laws and influence factors about Chinese medical syndrome factors in patients with hypertension combined with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome( OSAS). Methods Totally124 patients with hypertension combined with OSAS were recruited
and the demographic data and disease data of the patients were recorded. Syndrome differentiation was conducted and the patients were divided into with liver-fire syndrome
phlegm-damp syndrome
Yin deficiency syndrome
Yang hyperactivity syndrome
Yang deficiency syndrome or blood stasis syndrome accordingly. Related index including 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
sleep and breath monitoring
blood lipids
hypersensitive c-reactive protein and homocysteine were tested
and logistic regression analysis was applied to further investigate the relationship between objective index and Chinese medical syndrome factors. Results There were 13 cases with liver-fire syndrome
64 cases with phlegm-damp syndrome
41 cases with blood stasis syndrome
30 cases with Yin deficiency syndrome
21 cases with Yang hyperactivity syndrome and 10 cases with Yang deficiency syndrome in 124 patients. Logistic regression analysis was made on the influence factors and the syndromes with relatively more cases including phlegm-damp syndrome
blood stasis syndrome and Yin deficiency syndrome
and the result showed that the incidence of carotid atherosclerosis and phlegm dampness syndrome was positively correlated. The increase of triglyceride levels and blood stasis syndrome were positively correlated( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Phlegm-damp syndrome
blood stasis syndrome and Yin deficiency syndrome were common syndrome factors of patients with hypertension combined with OSAS. Carotid atherosclerosis had referential value in diagnosing Phlegm-damp syndrome. The increase of serum triglyceride levels had referential value in diagnosing blood stasis syndrome.
