摘要

慢性萎缩性胃炎是常见消化系统疾病

与胃癌发生有一定关系

中医药治疗该病具有明显优势。总结中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的现有疗效评价指标如病理学评价、普通内镜和新型特殊内镜评价、证候和症状评价、生存质量评价和血清标志物含量的特点

分析其中存在的可靠性、客观性、准确性、特异性及有效性等问题

并提出相应的具体改进策略和建议

包括病理活组织检查要求、评价胃黏膜萎缩程度和范围、建立内镜评价标准、规范证候和症状评价标准、生存质量评价中引入患者报告结局量表、确定血清学标志物界值。据此准确、真实、客观地评价中医药治疗本病的疗效

才能获取高质量的循证医学证据。

Abstract

Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disease in digestive system

and is related to gastric cancer.Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in treatment of this disease. The authors summarized the existing evaluation index of curative effects about Chinese medicine treating chronic atrophic gastritis such as evaluation of pathology

evaluation of general endoscope and new special endoscope

evaluation of syndrome and symptoms

evaluation of life quality and the characteristics of the content of serum markers to analyse existing problems including reliability

objectivity

accuracy

specificity and validity. And they put forward the corresponding specific improvement strategy and suggestions including requirements about pathological biopsy

degree and range evaluation of gastric mucosa atrophy

establishing endoscopic evaluation standard

regulating evaluation standard of syndrome and symptoms

introducing report ending scale of patients into evaluation of life quality and confirming the dividing value of serological markers.On the basis of accurate

real and objective evaluation to curative effects of Chinese medicine treating this disease

doctors can obtain high quality evidence-based medical evidence.
