摘要

溃疡性结肠炎治疗目标的变革要求疗效评价指标随之转变。建立包含症状学评价、内镜评价、黏膜组织学评价、实验室检查评价、复发相关的疗效评价、激素治疗相关的特定疗效评价、癌变与手术评价、生存质量评价、安全性评价的疗效评价体系

以及分层评价、叠加评价、综合评价、重点评价相结合的疗效评价策略较为符合目前中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床实际

能反映中医药的治疗特点和治疗目标。

Abstract

Change of goals in treatment of ulcerative colitis requires to change evaluating index of curative effects accordingly. Establishing the following curative effect evaluating system and curative effect evaluating strategies is according with current clinical practice of Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

and it can also reflect treating characteristics and goals of Chinese medicine. Curative effect evaluating system includes symptom evaluation

endoscope evaluation

mucosal histopathology

and laboratory examination

as well as curative effects related to recurrence

specific curative effects related to hormonotherapy

canceration and operation evaluation

life quality

and safety evaluation. Curative effect evaluating strategies includes hierarchy evaluation

superposition evaluation

as well as synthesis evaluation combined with keypoint evaluation.
