Objective To explore the impact and possible mechanism of Wenyang Tongluo Xiezhuo Decoction（ 温阳通络泄浊方

WTXD） on vascular calcification of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Ninety maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomized into control group（ 45 cases） and test group（ 45 cases）. The control group was given basic treatment and conventional hemodialysis

with 3 times of hemodialysis each week

4 hours each time. Based on the control group’s treatment

the test group was added WTXD

1 dose every day

twice every day.Both groups were treated for 90 days. Detected patients’ biochemical indexes including serum albumin（ ALB）
