Research on Clinical Manifestation of Heat Stagnation Pathogenesis in Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To explore and discuss the relevance of heat stagnation pathogenesis and clinical manifestation of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Totally 271 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage were collected and divided into the heat-stagnation group with 97 cases and the non-heat-stagnation group with 174 cases according to quantification diagnostic standard of heat stagnation syndrome. General condition
liver function and kidney function indexes including aspartate aminotransferase( AST)
alanine aminotransferase( ALT)
blood urea nitrogen( BUN)
creatinine( Cr)
indexes of blood sugar and fat including fasting blood glucose( FBG)
total cholesterol( TC)
triglyceride( TG)
high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C)
low density protein of cholesterol( LDL-C)
coagulation function including prothrombin time( PT)
thrombin time( TT)
activated partial clotting enzyme live time( APTT)
fibrinogen( FIB) were compared between the two groups. Bivariate regression analysis was conducted on last medical history
personal history
family history
predisposing factors
laboratory indexes and imaging data. Results There was 41. 2% of patients in the heat-stagnation group who took the increase of abdominal pressure as predisposing factors
which was remarkably higher than 20. 7% of those in the non-heat-stagnation group( P <0. 01). There was 18. 6% of patients in the heat-stagnation group who took body position change as predisposing factors
which was remarkably higher than 9. 8% of those in the non-heat-stagnation group( P < 0. 05). Levels of FBG and Cr increased and TT extended in the heat-stagnation group compared with that in the non-heat-stagnation group( P < 0. 01). There were no significant differences in levels of TC
TG
HDL-C and LDL-C between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Bivariate regression analysis showed that drinking history
increase of abdominal pressure
increase of FBG and extension of TT had positive relationship with clinical manifestation of acute cerebral hemorrhage with heat stagnation syndrome( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion Drinking history
increase of abdominal pressure
increase of FBG and extension of TT can be considered as clinical manifestation of acute cerebral hemorrhage with heat stagnation syndrome.
