Evolvement Rule of Chinese Medicine Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Hypertension
Objective To study the syndrome evolvement rule of development process of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension. Methods The researchers used three-round Delphi method to design the questionnaire of clinical expert of symptomatology including factors
characteristic and evolvement rule of syndrome of coronary heart disease with common complication. The researchers used data files output by system to build the threedimensional structured relational database of coronary heart disease with common complication. The researchers also used statistical methods such as cluster analysis and probability matrix to make data mining and processing
so as to analyze constituent ratio of syndromes of coronary heart disease with hypertension at the four stages i. e. 0
1
2
3stage and the evolvement rule of syndrome. Results Totally 1504 qualified questionnaires were collected. The common Chinese medicine syndrome of coronary heart disease with hypertension stage 0: liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome( 57. 11%)
liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome( 42. 89%); Stage 1: Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome( 55. 72%)
disorders between Qi and fire syndrome( 44. 28%); Stage 2: phlegm-heat disturbing heart syndrome( 65. 23%)
collaterals deficiency and Yang rising syndrome( 34. 77%); Stage 3: spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome( 59. 11%)
liver-Yang transferring to wind syndrome( 40. 89%). The researchers used matrix of transition probability to work out the evolvement rule of syndrome about coronary heart disease with hypertension: from stage 0 to 1
the syndrome more easily developed to Yin deficiency of liver( 52. 59%) and kidney syndrome and disorders between Qi and fire syndrome( 47. 40%); from stage 1 to 2
the syndrome more easily developed to phlegm-heat disturbing heart syndrome( 65. 26%) and collaterals deficiency and Yang rising syndrome( 34. 74%); from stage 2 to 3
the syndrome more easily developed to spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome( 63. 82%) and liver-Yang transferring to wind syndrome( 36. 18%). Conclusion Syndromes at each stage of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension may be turned into all syndromes at the next stage. It embodied that the changing process of disease is from mild to serious and from easy to complicated.
