摘要

中医传统的辨证论治理论体系对男性不育症的临床诊治具有十分重要的指导意义

然而现阶段传统中医所总结的该病中医辨治思维方法已经无法适应现代医学的要求。为使中医药治疗男性不育症思维理念与现代医学更为契合

从而促进中医药治疗男性不育症理论体系的发展要求

一方面应该在运用现代检测技术的基础上

采用辨证论治与辨病论治相结合、微观辨证与宏观辨证相结合、无证可辨时从虚从瘀辨证的新思维方式对男性不育症进行辨治;另一方面

鉴于中药与男性不育症之间可能存在着"一对多、多对一"的非线性网络关系

中药联合西药治疗所构成的多靶点、多途径的网络药理学以及多学科联合治疗的整合医学都应当成为中医治疗男性不育症的重要手段。

Abstract

Syndrome differentiation and treatment has important guiding significance to clinical diagnosis and treatment of male infertility. At the present

the thinking and method of syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease summarized by traditional Chinese medicine has been unable to adapt to the requirement of modern medicine.To make the thinking and ideas about Chinese medicine treating male infertility fit with modern medicine and to promote the development of theoretical system of Chinese medicine treating male infertility

on the one hand

doctors should combine with syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation

microcosmic differentiation and macroscopic differentiation on the basis of using the modern testing technology

in addition

they should use a new thinking of syndrome differentiation from deficiency and stasis when no syndrome is identified to treat male infertility. On the other hand

in view that there may be "one-to-many and many-to-one"nonlinear network between Chinese medicine and male infertility

both the network pharmacology of multiple targets and multiple ways constituted by Chinese medicine and western medicine and the integrative medicine including multidisciplinary combination therapy should be an important means of Chinese medicine treating male infertility.
