摘要

屠呦呦获得诺贝尔生理学或医学奖蕴含着丰富的整合医学内容

如中医学与现代科技整合、团队整合、信息整合。结合这一启示探讨整合医学的概念及其实践途径。整合医学的概念包含整体观、整合观和医学观三个重要观念

是医学发展历程中从专科化向整体化发展的新阶段

其与近年国内外倡导的中医学整体观念、全科医学、整体医学、循证医学、精准医疗等医学概念既有相同更有区别。从推进医学转型的角度看

整合医学实践方式的当务之急是促进临床学科整合、临床医学与公共卫生整合、医学教学课程整合和中西医整合。整合医学是一场深刻的变革

会面临很多困难

但它必将成为世界医学发展的趋势。

Abstract

There is rich content of holistic integrative medicine in the fact that TU Youyou winning Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine

such as holistic integration of Chinese medicine and modern science and technology

holistic integration of research teams

and integration of information. Combined with the inspiration

the authors discuss the concept and the practical approach of holistic integrative medicine. The concept of holistic integrative medicine includes three important views（ holistic view

integration view

and medical view）. It is a new stage of medical development from specialization to integration. Compared with the medical concepts of Chinese medicine holistic view

general practice

holistic medicine

evidence-based medicine

precision medicine

which are proposed at home and abroad in recent years

holistic integrative medicine has something in common and something different. From the aspect of pushing forward the transformation of medical science

the top priority of practice mode of holistic integrative medicine is promoting holistic integration of clinical subjects

holistic integration of clinical medicine and public health

holistic integration of medical teaching classes

as well as holistic integration of Chinese medicine and western medicine. Holistic integrative medicine is a profound change. It might face many difficulties

but it will be the trend of world medicine development.
