Relationship Between Liver Controlling Dispersion and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome
Acquired immune deficiency syndrome( AIDS) is a malignant infectious disease. At present
many doctors think that
AIDS often hits lung
spleen and kidney but don’t pay attention to effects of liver in the evolution of this disease. "Liver controlling dispersion"is regarded as one of the important physiological function in liver. Its malfunction cannot be ignored in the evolution of AIDS. It can lead to the hypofunction of spleen
kidney and other viscera. It also can form pathological products such as phlegm
retained fluid and blood stasis. Patients may feel depressed
dysphoric and other negative emotions. Through analyzing the connotation of "liver controlling dispersion"and emphasizing the relationships between liver and other viscera
and Qi-blood-body fluid
and psychological states of patients
this article provides theoretical basis for treating AIDS from liver and summarizes the corresponding prescriptions for clinical use.
