Chinese Medical Clinical Effect Endpoint Criteria Construction Based on the Mathematical Model
signs and biological indicators are mainly observed for the evaluation of Chinese medical clinical effect
but it is lack of objective endpoint criteria. Therefore
to construct endpoint criteria that can reflect the advantages of "complex intervention"of Chinese medicine is an urgent business in Chinese medical research. Based on the data type and characteristics of endpoint criteria
the mathematical models including the weighting method of information content and independence
logistic regression analysis
factor and principal component analysis and their applicability were analyzed. And the principal component analysis was introduced into calculating the objective weight of each indicator at different time. Combined with occurrence frequency of each indicator
the normalization method of multiplier compounding was used to confirm comprehensive weight of each indicator at different time. Then combined with clinical significance
the endpoint criteria for evaluation of Chinese medical clinical effect was established. Using this method may not only reflect the objectivity of endpoint criteria
but also highlight its different importance
sequence and incidence rate
and may provide scientific basis for outcome evaluation of Chinese medical clinical effect.
