Imbalance of Endogenous Toxicity Accumulation-damage and “Producing-transforming Qi”: Core Mechanism of Modern Diseases and Syndromes
Endogenous toxicity accumulation-damage is an important pathogenic mechanism with the characteristics of the times of nowadays changes of disease spectrum
especially many chronic diseases and syndromes. "Producing-transforming Qi"
as a natural autonomous ability of human beings
has the protection and repair function of adapting to and counterbalancing tissues damaged by toxicity. Then humans could be in the life circle. The imbalance of endogenous toxicity accumulation-damage and "producing-transforming Qi"is the variable elements of diseases and syndromes. It is similar to the core mechanism of many modern diseases that the imbalance of toxicity factors and protective repair factors damaging body’s own stable state system. It may be a good way that comprehensive understanding the dialectical relationship between endogenous toxicity accumulation-damage and producing-transforming Qi from clinical practice and basic research to explore innovating and developing Chinese medical pathogenesis theories.
