PIAO Bingkui’s Experience in Treating Breast Cancer
This article introduces PIAO Bingkui’ s experience in treating breast cancer. Breast cancer is mostly caused by healthy Qi deficiency and pathological Qi intruding breast collaterals. It can also derive from internal emotion damages
Qi stagnation and blood stasis
and internal pathogenic toxin accumulation. The main disease mechanism is functional disorder of the liver
spleen and kidney
and the main pathogenic factors are sputum
stasis and toxin. PIAO Bingkui suggests the combination of pattern differentiation and disease differentiation while focusing on the latter
as well as the combination of comprehensive treatment and local treatment while focusing on the former
and the combination of reinforcing healthy Qi and dispelling pathogen while valuing healthy Qi. PIAO is good at using paired herbs and channel-guiding herbs in clinic.
