Discussion on No-reflow Phenomenon after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Based on “Collateral Disease and Sweat Pore”
Percutaneous coronary intervention( PCI) is an effective method to treat coronary heart disease. While no-reflow phenomenon after PCI becomes the risk factor and independent forecast index of cardiovascular events
such as postoperative re-infarction
ventricular remodeling
cardiac insufficiency
etc. The authors take "collateral disease and sweat pore"as the entry point and put forward that the main pathogenesis of no-reflow phenomenon is heart collateral stagnation and sweat pore block. "Toxicity
stagnation and deficiency"is the main pathological feature. "Stagnant blockade"is the key link. "It is the best for sweat pore to open and the worst to close". Removing toxicity
invigorating deficiency
regulating Qi-flowing and activating blood circulation are applied to open sweat pore and to harmonize Qi-blood and Yin-Yang of heart collateral. This paper might provide a new thinking for preventing and treating no-reflow after PCI.
