摘要

林洪生在继承老一辈肿瘤学专家"扶正固本"论治思想的同时

结合现代医学及中西医结合治疗肿瘤的研究成果

将"固本清源"思想引入到恶性肿瘤中医药维持治疗中

并提出扶正与祛邪相结合、辨病与辨证相结合、中医药治疗与现代医学治疗相结合、规范化治疗与个体化治疗相结合。这一学术思想丰富了中医肿瘤理论内涵

并充分体现了中医药在肿瘤维持治疗过程中的特色和优势。

Abstract

LIN Hongsheng

inheriting the treating idea of "Fuzheng Guben（ supporting the healthy energy） "from older oncologists

combines the research results of modern medicine and integrative medicine

and brings"Guben Qingyuan（ Consolidate the Foundation and Clear the Source） "idea in the Chinese medicine maintenance treatment of malignant tumor. LIN suggests combining strengthening vital Qi and eliminating pathogenic factor

combining disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation

combining Chinese medicine treatment and modern medicine treatment as well as combining standard treatment and individualized treatment. This academic thought enriches the theoretical connotation of Chinese medicine oncology

reflecting the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine in the maintenance treatment of malignant tumor.
