摘要

建立中医药临床试验核心指标集是解决当前中医药临床研究指标不一致、不规范、不公认等问题的重要途径。中医药核心指标集研究需要方法学保障

其中多个环节涉及到共识的取得。提出中医药核心指标集研究中取得共识的常用方法德尔菲法实施的规范和要求

包括编制咨询表、专家组的构建、咨询实施方式、信息回收、咨询轮次、数据分析规范、结果报告等方面

为相关研究的开展提供方法学支撑。

Abstract

The establishment of core outcome set of traditional Chinese medicine（ COS-TCM） is an important way to solve the problems of inconsistent

non-standard and unrecognized in clinical research indicators of traditional Chinese medicine. Researches on COS-TCM need methodological support

in which several aspects involve the acquisition of consensus. This paper puts forward the specification and requirement for the implementation of the Delphi method in core outcome set studies

and provides the methodology support for the related researches.
