摘要

基于前期对中医饮食养生的认识以及积累的经验

初步提出在中医理论指导下且符合现代饮食习惯及营养需求的饮食养生指导思想。结合国医大师孙光荣提出的"合则安"养生理念

系统提出饮食养生的"八合"指导原则

具体包括合时令、合方域、合年龄、合性别、合身心、合习惯、合病势及合营养。饮食养生的"八合"指导原则其本质是一个天人合一

顺时令、顺环境、顺身心、顺社会的和谐体系

能够更全面、系统地指导现代社会的饮食养生实践。

Abstract

Based on previous knowledge and the accumulated experiences about health maintenance by diet in Chinese medicine

the authors suggest the guiding thought based on Chinese medicine theory which meets modern diet habits and needs. Combined with the health maintenance idea "He Ze An（ harmony leading to peace） "of SUN Guangrong

a national Chinese medical master

the authors suggest systematic "Ba He（ eight harmonies） "guiding principle of health maintenance by diet

which includes harmony with season

harmony with region

harmony with age

harmony with gender

harmony with body and mind

harmony with habit

harmony with tendency of disease and harmony with nutrition. This guiding principle is essentially a harmonious system

during which the human is an integral part of nature and could fit the season

the environment

the body and mind as well as the society. This guiding principle could direct contemporary practice of health maintenance by diet more comprehensively and more systematically.
