Objective To observe clinical curative effect of Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill（ 冠心丹参滴丸） on chronic stable angina patients with blood stasis syndrome. Methods Using randomized

double-blind

placebo controlled method

divided 240 cases of chronic stable angina patients with blood stasis syndrome into a treatment group and a control group

with 120 cases in each group. In addition to the conventional western medicine treatment

the treatment group was orally given Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill

the control group was given placebo

0. 4 g each time

3 times per day

for 1 month. Before and after treatment

and levels of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1（ s ICAM-1） and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1（ s VCAM-1）

and also observed the adverse reaction. Results Totally 108 cases were included in the treatment group

Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill could significantly reduce the blood stasis symptom scores as well as the levels of s ICAM-1 and s VCAM-1.
