Zang-Fu Syndrome Differentiation and Transformation and Development Rules of Dermatomyositis
Articles related to dermatomyositis(DM) were retrieved in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)
and 1249 cases were involved. Distribution characteristics of DM clinical syndromes were analyzed by ZangFu syndrome differentiation
and the transformation and development of the syndromes were analyzed in terms of the progress of the disease course. The clinical syndromes of DM were mainly 5 types
including spleen Qi deficiency(28. 82%)
excessiveness of heat toxin(22. 98%)
kidney Yin deficiency(6. 57%)
lung Qi deficiency(5. 12%) and liver Yin deficiency(4. 40%)
and the transformation and development of the syndrome was the comorbidity of the two mutually generated Zang-organs. The treatment needed to be done from five Zang
and the spleen Qi deficiency existed in the whole course of DM. The syndromes could transform and develop between two mutually generated Zang-organs.
