摘要

从世界医药学的历史进程来考察中医理论体系的知识创新路径与基本特征

发现中医理论的起源与构建过程是先积累了天然药物的知识

后产生发展了基础理论。中医理论体系的构建是围绕天然药物的准确应用与疗效最大化

建立起了临床适宜的中药运用的技术方法与体系

反映出的是"先药后医"的基本特征;中药理论和技术体系与脏腑经络气血和病因病机等理论融合为一个整体后

形成了中医理、法、方、药的知识体系。相比较而言

西方医药学一直没有出现医学理论与天然药物知识的融合

而是到近代在解剖生理与病因病理等理论指导下

不断发展出新的化学药物和生物药物及临床诊疗的新方法和技术

呈现出的是"先医后药"的基本特征。

Abstract

Exploring the knowledge innovation pathway and basic characteristic of Chinese medicine theoretical system from the historical process of world medicine

the authors find that the origin and construction process of Chinese Medicine theory is first accumulating knowledge on natural herbs and then forming and developing basic theory.The construction of Chinese medicine theoretical system

based on accurate application of natural herbs and maximum effect

technology

methodology and system suitable for clinical herbs medication is built

which reflects the basic characteristic of "herb first

medicine second". After herb theory-technology system and theories of Zang-fu viscera

channel-collateral

Qi-blood

etiology-pathogenesis integrate as a whole

Chinese medicine principle-method-recipemedicine knowledge system formed. In comparison

there is no combination between medical theory and natural drug knowledge in Western medicine. Until modern times

under the guidance of theories of anatomy

physiology

etiology and pathology

new chemical and biological drugs

as well as new methods and technologies in clinical diagnosis and treatment develops continuously

which reflects the basic characteristic of "medicine first

drug second".
