摘要

现代以地域命名的地方性医学流派为数众多

对地域医学流派的分化在认识上不应刻板和教条

应以《黄帝内经》所言"小者小异

大者大异"为原则

根据不同情况进行拓展。有的流派宜从人文角度论其特征

重视其历史底蕴

促进地方中医药学术发展;有的流派受所在地区特殊气候环境影响较大

可以深化"因地制宜"治则从而丰富临床学术。随着中医走向世界的进程

需要深入研究各大洲地理气候特点

在更大范围中拓展地域医学研究。

Abstract

In modern times

there are a lot of local medical schools named after the region. Understanding the differentiation of regional medical schools should not be rigid and dogmatic. "Smaller region with smaller differences

great region with larger differences"in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor（《黄帝内经》） should be the principle. The understanding could expand according to different situations. For some medical schools

it is better to discuss the characteristics from humanity

emphasizing the historical information and promoting the development of local Chinese medicine. Some schools are affected greatly by the special climate environment. The principle "treatment in accordance with local conditions"could be deepened

which could enrich clinical learning. With the process of Chinese medicine going to the world

geographical and climatic characteristics of each continent need to be further studied to expand regional medicine research in a wider range.
