摘要

基于《黄帝内经》营卫理论

通过阐释营卫与睡眠、精神的密切关系

认为失眠、抑郁关联的关键在卫气失常

其基本病机为卫气失常

神机不和。"昼不精

夜不瞑"为抑郁障碍共病失眠的临床特点之一。基于从卫气层面对抑郁障碍共病失眠发病机制的认识

提出相应防治建议。

Abstract

Based on the theory of nutrient-qi and defensive-qi in Inner Canon of Yellow Emporor

by elucidating the close relationship between nutrient-qi

defensive-qi and sleep as well as spirit

the article raises the point that the key relevance of insomnia and depression is defensive-qi disorder. Its basic pathogenesis is defensive-qi disorder

and disharmony of spirit. "Being listless in the day and being sleepless in the night"is one of the clinical features of depressive disorder with insomnia as the comorbidity. This article proposes corresponding prevention and treatment advice based on recognition of pathogenesis of depressive disorder accompanied with insomnia from defensive-qi aspect.
