摘要

目的了解19年来中文与英文中医药系统评价（SR）/Meta分析的发展及现状。方法系统检索Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews

维普数据库及Cochrane register和PROSPERO注册平台

纳入发表的所有中英文中医药SR/Meta分析。设计信息提取表

统计文献的作者、年代、期刊、机构、病种、同年同主题发表数量、注册情况等。结果共纳入发表文献2460篇

其中中文文献1971篇

英文文献489篇。2004年后中医药SR/Meta分析数量明显增多。涉及国内外作者6961位

中文发表数量前10位的作者累计发表256篇

占中文数量的12.99%

个人发表最多者达21篇。英文发表量前10名的作者中5位是国外研究者

10人共发表182篇占英文总数的37.22%。共有11位作者单人独立发表干预性中文SR/Meta分析148篇。中文纳入文献来源期刊363种

前10种期刊均为中医药或循证医学领域期刊

英文文献来源期刊178种

前10种期刊的发表文献数达249篇

占英文总数的50.92%。发表中文文献数量最多的5个中医类院校依次为天津中医药大学（136篇

6.90%）、广州中医药大学（86篇

4.36%）、北京中医药大学（86篇

4.36%）、成都中医药大学（61篇

3.09%）与中国中医科学院（55篇

2.79%）。中文文献涵盖疾病179种

以脑卒中（10.60%）

冠心病（8.37%）和糖尿病（3.90%）最多。英文文献涵盖135种疾病

以脑卒中（5.32%）

冠心病（4.70%）和高血压病（2.86%）最多。中英文集中发表的前10种疾病约占总文献数的1/3

其中部分中文文献存在重复选题。截至2015年6月底

已注册的研究达54个

且全部为英文文献。结论 SR/Meta分析方法在中医药领域应用广泛

涌现出一批较活跃的专家、机构和期刊。中文文献数量众多

但部分存在研究严谨性不足、重复选题、研究结果矛盾、结局指标选择不一等问题。

Abstract

Objective To understand the development and present situation of 19 years Chinese medicine systematic review（ SR）/Meta analysis in Chinese and in English. Methods The authors systematically retrieved Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews

Cochrane register and PROSPERO Registration Platform. All published Chinese medicine SR/Meta analysis both in Chinese and in English were included.Information extraction table was designed. Papers’ authors

2460 published papers were included

1971 papers in Chinese

489 papers in English. After the year of 2004

number of Chinese medicine SR/Meta analysis increased significantly. Totally 6961 authors at home and abroad were referred.The authors with top 10 of published number in Chinese published totally 256 papers

covering 12. 99% of Chinese papers. The largest number of single author published 21 papers. In the authors with top 10 of published number in English

5 persons were foreign researchers. These 10 authors published 182 papers

covering 37. 22 % of English papers. Totally

11 authors published 148 papers of intervention SR/Meta analysis in Chinese alone. Included Chinese papers were from 363 journals. Top 10 journals were all journals of Chinese medicine or evidence based medicine. English papers were from 178 journals. Published paper number of top 10 journals was 249

covering 50. 92%of English papers. Top 5 Chinese medicine universities or academy with most published paper number were Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine（ 136 papers

Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine（ 61 papers

2. 79%）. Chinese papers referred 179 diseases; stroke（ 10. 60%）

coronary heart disease（ 8. 37%） and diabetes（ 3. 90%） were the top three. English papers referred 135 diseases; stroke（ 5. 32%）

coronary heart disease（ 4. 70%） and hypertension（ 2. 86%） were the top three. Top 10 diseases published in Chinese and English papers covered 1/3 of all papers;some Chinese papers chose the topic repeatedly. By the end of June in 2015

54 researches had registered which were all English papers. Conclusion SR/Meta analysis method was widely used in Chinese medicine field. A number of active experts

institutions and journals sprang up. There were large number of Chinese papers

but some of them had problems including lack of research rigorism

choosing topic repeatedly

contradictory results

different choice of outcome index

etc.
