已有研究资料表明

特发性肺纤维化具有一定的家族聚集性

遗传因素在特发性肺纤维化发生发展过程中有一定的作用。从中医体质学说研究特发性肺纤维化

分析中医治疗特发性肺纤维化研究现状、特发性肺纤维化的易感体质及其可调性、体质-证候-辨病-辨证医疗模式、防治调护及临床疗效判定

并借助循证医学研究方法进行特发性肺纤维化临床研究

可为特发性肺纤维化中医诊疗开创新的思路。

Abstract

Research data has shown that idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis（ IPF） has trend of familial aggregation.Genetic factor has certain effect in the process of IPF onset and development. IPF is studied from Chinese medicine constitution theory. By analyzing the research status of Chinese medicine treating IPF

susceptible constitution and adjustability of IPF and discussing medical model of constitution type

syndrome and disease differentiation

prevention

treatment & nursing and clinical effect evaluation

as well as IPF clinical researches under guide of evidence based medicine research methods

this article may open up new ideas for Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of IPF.
