摘要

针药并用治疗效果的优越性已被历代中医大家所肯定。针灸主治经络

属外治法;汤药主治脏腑

属内治法。从针药并用的历史传承、治疗优势及临床应用方面

认为针药并用的优越性包括经络、脏腑通治

增效减毒

扩大适应症、缩短疗程;提出针药并用须辨证分清内外虚实

把握病因、病机、病位。

Abstract

The therapeutic effect advantages of combined use of acupuncture and herbs have been affirmed by past Chinese medicine practitioners. Acupuncture

which belongs to external treatment

mainly treats channels and collaterals; decoction mainly treats Zang-fu viscera

which belongs to internal treatment. The authors discuss from 3aspects: historical inheritance

therapeutic advantages and clinical use of acupuncture combined with herbs. The authors think that the advantages of acupuncture combined with herbs are embodied in treating both channel-collaterals and Zang-fu viscera

effect-enhancing and toxicity-reducing

indication extended and the course of treatment shorten.The authors put forward that acupuncture combined with herbs should differentiate external-internal and deficiencyexcess syndromes and know the disease causes

pathogenesis and location.
