Effect of Xiaoyin Jiedu Granules(消银解毒颗粒) on Model of Jurkat Cell Abnormal Proliferation
Objective To explore the possible mechanism of Xiaoyin Jiedu Granules( 消银解毒颗粒) in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods The Jurkat cell was administered by both phytohemagglutinin( PHA) and interleukin6( IL-6) to induce the model of psoriasis T cell abnormal proliferation. The optimal pharmaceutical serum concentration was made and selected to be applied to the cell model. The cell viability was measured with cell viability kit( CCK-8)
and the apoptosis was detected with flow cytometry. Results When the pharmaceutical serum concentration was 20%
the inhibition rates in the Xiaoyin Jiedu Granules group and Liangxuefang group were significantly higher than that in the Jiedufang group
Acitretin group and distilled water group( P < 0. 01); the Xiaoyin Jiedu Granules group had the highest early apoptosis rate
which was significantly higher than that in Liangxuefang group
Jiedufang group
Acitretin group and distilled water group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion Xiaoyin Jiedu Granules and its decomposed recipes could inhibit the inflammatory pathological model of psoriasis T cell abnormal proliferation
and the inhibitory effects of Xiaoyin Jiedu Granules and Liangxuefang seem better than Acitretin.
