Development of Fever Due to Internal Injury and Treatment Differentiation
The mechanism of fever due to internal injury is complicated. Different fever types have their own characteristics. According to the connotation of "Yang excessiveness causing heat"in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor( 黄帝内经)
the authors think that all fever may be caused by Yang-qi relatively excessive and heat stagnation in the interior
which means fever due to internal injury is from Qi stagnation. Discussing from the three types( high fever
tidal fever and mild fever) of fever due to internal injury
the authors make textual criticism on the sources of cause
pathogenesis and treatment
clarify the development of fever due to internal injury
as well as explore the explanation and treating thoughts of physicians in different times on the pathogenesis of fever due to internal injury
