可通过回避、公开、审查、伦理培训进行应对。介绍了中医药临床实践指南制订过程中的利益冲突的管理与声明

说明了利益冲突声明的具体环节。

Abstract

Conflict of interest is a range of personal

professional

or economic factors which may influence the objectivity and fairness of guidelines making experts’ decision

real or potential. Conflict of interest may influence the fairness and objectivity of the suggestions of guidelines recommendations

which could be coped through avoidance

disclosure

review and ethical training. The authors introduce the management and statement of conflict of interest in the process of making Chinese medicine clinical practice guidelines

as well as explain the specific aspects of conflict of interest statement.
