Correlation between Syndrome Phenomics and Intestinal Tract Micro Ecology
Intestinal tract micro ecology relates to the occurrence and treatment of a variety of diseases. Research of obesity
inflammatory bowel disease
functional gastrointestinal disorder
metabolic syndrome and liver cirrhosis from the aspect of intestinal tract micro ecology may provide new ideas for diagnosing and treating methods
as well as pathogenesis study. Syndrome phenomics study is the core content of Chinese medicine academic research. It is difficult to make a breakthrough in objectification research. The authors think that the occurrence of syndrome phenomics
such as spleen deficiency syndrome and dampness-heat syndrome
show the imbalance in intestinal tract micro ecology. After therapy adopting the corresponding treatment methods
such as invigorating spleen
clearing heat and eliminating dampness
the syndrome could be improved. Meanwhile
intestinal tract micro ecology could also be recovered. The authors put forward that researching the correlation between spleen deficiency syndrome
dampness-heat syndrome and intestinal tract micro ecology are significant for deepening basic research in syndrome biology and revealing the scientific connotation of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
