胸痹是中医学特有的医学名词。通过梳理古今胸痹的证治文献

发现胸痹的概念是不断发展的

胸痹的范围被逐渐局限于心。胸痹的证治逐渐由以辛温通阳为主转向以活血化瘀为主。认为这一变化与近代西医传入的影响密切相关

现代医学理论的精确性、唯一性、标准性与胸痹范围被逐渐局限相关

而现代医学解剖知识的渗透与中医理论由重视气化逐渐转向了重视形质相关。

Abstract

Chest Bi

is a special medical term in Chinese medicine. By summarizing ancient and modern syndrome-treatment literature of chest Bi

the authors find that the concept of chest Bi is evolving and the extent of chest Bi is gradually restricted to the heart. The syndrome and treatment of chest Bi gradually change from activating Yang with pungent and warm natured drugs to promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis. The authors analyze that this change is closely related to the influence of modern western medicine introduction. Accuracy

uniqueness and standardization of modern medicine theory leads to the extent of chest Bi gradually restricted and interrelated

while infiltration of anatomical knowledge in modern medicine leads to Chinese medicine theory gradually changing from emphasizing Qi transformation to emphasizing form-quality correlation.
